UK Standard - Once your order is received, it will be dispatched within 48 hours via Royal Mail Tracked, please expect your order within 2-3 days of order confirmation.

UK Next Day – Once your order is received, if placed before 1pm Monday-Thursday, it will be dispatched via Royal Mail Next Day delivery. For all orders placed Friday-Sunday please expect to receive your order on the Tuesday.

EU and International - Once your order is received, it will be collected within 48 hours via ICR Worldwide. Transit time guide to major European Cities will be 2-3 working days.

Rest of World - Transit time guide for the rest of the world will be 3-5 working days. More remote areas can take longer.

PLEASE NOTE ANY CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES WILL BE PAYABLE BY RECIPIENT ONCE GOODS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED IN DESTINATION COUNTRY.

If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please follow the below steps:

1) Email info@wronggeneration.com with your return request and reason for return.

2) Return requests will be approved/denied within 2 business days (as per our returns policy)

Once the items have been received back, we will contact you to process the refund or exchange, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.

When will sold out items come back into stock? For enquiries about out of stock items please email info@wronggeneration.com. All our pieces are limited edition, but we will always endeavour to find a solution for your needs.

Please email our customer service team, info@wronggeneration.com for any order amends. If your order has not already been dispatched this shouldn’t be a problem.

Our garments are made with 100% cotton velvet, we advise dry cleaning only.

If for some reason your piece doesn’t fit perfectly, we recommend you use your usual tailor for any adjustments.
